đ¤ Community Guidelines
Each section below outlines the policies that apply to all members inside The Lounge.
If you see a post or activity in The Lounge that violates these guidelines and policies, flag it! Our Flight Crew will step in to contact the member privately or remove the offending post. You can also email [email protected] with any concerns.
We reserve the right to change/amend/delete/modify these policies in whole or in part at any time. Members will be advised of the change and hereby agree to all such changes.
Â
đ Â Member Code of Conduct
We're all here to accomplish the same goal: learning how to build a business and to become better entrepreneurs. Therefore, we need your help to keep this community strong and useful.
These guidelines were created to ensure that together we're creating a place thatâs welcoming, inclusive, and valuable for everyone. Each member should feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable â without compromising or discrediting other peopleâs experiences
Overall, consider whether your post would make the community more productive and thoughtful or less productive and thoughtful. If it feels like spam, it probably is spam. If it feels like a helpful story and a positive next step, itâs probably that. With that in mind, we ask that you keep the following principles in mind when you post, ask a question, or interact with another member.
1. SHARE GENEROUSLY
You get back what you put in. Set aside time each day to contribute your knowledge, gain insight, and support your fellow members, then, get back to business. Think of it as adding rocket fuel to what this community can accomplish together. Share the story of your latest product test, customer review, or launch. New trends, topics, and questions are always welcome as conversation-starters. Donât be afraid to jump in and get the ball rolling on something you want to discuss with the group.Â
We also welcome you to share your own expertise and resources. But, before you do, make sure to offer context â insight, background information, or behind-the-scenes story â so that your share is as rich as possible.Â
2. BE POSITIVE
Letâs create a positive environment where everyone can share all of their questions, experiences, and perspectives. Support and cheer each other on!
3. BE KIND & CONSTRUCTIVE
Weâre here to push each other forward and lift each other up. If you have feedback, be constructive. Find ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious. If you donât have something nice to say, donât say anything at all. Snark or spam will be deleted and the member that posted will be spoken with by a member of the Flight Crew. If you have a concern at any time, please email a member of the Flight Crew at [email protected].
4. NO SELF PROMOTION
Donât be âthat personâ. This includes posting links promoting your personal social media, sites, opt-in pages, podcasts, and affiliate links. Also, soliciting via DMs without being invited is NOT allowed. Feel free to share your knowledge and experiences with the others here in this community, but please do not spam other members (weâll provide designated places to practice your pitch).
Do note that all spamming, soliciting, or self-promotion will be removed, and you may NOT sell or advertise anything in this group. If you are a coach for something or other or are involved with an MLM, please be courteous and do not mine this community for potential customers. If we find out that you are doing so you will be banned from the community.Â
5. NO HATE
Please recognize that there are members of all backgrounds here â differing socio-political, class, faith, racial and ethnic, ability, regional, and sexual and gender identity backgrounds. If you are a racist, sexist, homophobe, transphobe, ethnocentrist, ableist, classist, or practice any sort of hate against another groupâs cultural identity, this community is not for you. Also, letâs keep religious and political talk out of our discussions
6. KEEP IT PRIVATE
Anything posted on the Lounge is assumed to be private and shared in confidence. Please do not share any stories or content posted here outside of our community without the Loungelier's affirmative consent.

𡠠Solicitation Policy
There is a noticeable difference between sharing helpful resources, opportunities, expertise, and solicitation. We define solicitation as targeting members of the Lounge for the express purpose of sales with little or no previous relationship.
There is to be absolutely no solicitation within the Lounge or between members outside of Business Class, including:
-
Using the private message function to target members for an offer (free or paid)
-
Tagging members in a post to target them for an offer
-
Researching email addresses of members and targeting them for an offer
-
Using other social media to target members for an offer
Violation of the Solicitation Policy will result in your post being deleted and possible removal from the Lounge. If you feel a member has violated our Solicitation Policy, please email [email protected].
đ Â Inclusion & Harassment Policies
The Lounge is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion. We do not tolerate the harassment of participants in any form.Â
This agreement applies to all Business Class spaces, including the Lounge. Anyone who violates this agreement may be sanctioned or expelled from these spaces at the discretion of the Business Class team. Some spaces in the Lounge may have additional rules in place, which will be made clearly available to participants. Participants are responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules.
Â
đ Â Reporting
The Flight Crew and Business Class team work to actively monitor our community spaces and prevent violations of this agreement before they occur but we donât always catch everything. If you are being harassed or you feel a member has violated the terms of this agreement, please contact a member of the Flight Crew at [email protected].
If the person who is harassing you is on the team, they will recuse themselves from handling your incident. We will respond as promptly as we can.
This code of conduct applies to Business Class spaces, but if you are being harassed by a member outside our spaces, we still want to know about it. We will take all good-faith reports of harassment by Business Class members seriously. This includes harassment outside our spaces and harassment that took place at any point in time. The abuse team reserves the right to exclude people from Business Class based on their past behavior, including behavior outside spaces and behavior towards people who are not in Business Class.
𼠠Consequences
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the Business Class team may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from all Business Class spaces and identification of the participant as a harasser to other Business Class members or the general public.
